The Turner Syndrome Foundation has worked with hundreds of marathon participants and volunteers who have found great fulfillment in supporting this important cause. Some are seasoned athletes or lifelong volunteers, while others are doing this sort of exercise and volunteerism for the very first time.
We will support you in whatever you choose to do in achieving your community service hours by awarding volunteer certificates upon request and providing you with information to help you get started. We hope to be supporting and cheering for you as you embark in this new endeavor. If you have any questions about an event or simply have questions, please contact our office at 1-800-594-4585 or by email at teamtsf@tsfusa.org.
If you do not see an event destination of interest, then you may consider joining Team TSF as a lead volunteer and create your own event. To learn more about planning your own event, please visit the Special Events webpage.
Elite athletes can run the 26.2 marathons, or 13.1 mile marathons, cycle, row, swim or whatever.
These are our shining stars!
BUT... You do not have to be that athletic to be a part of TEAM TSF!
Youth and adult athletic programs are encouraged to register with Team TSF to generate awareness about Turner Syndrome and follow their path towards supporting girls with Turner Syndrome. Be a community leader and suggest this charitable cause to your athletic club.
Casual walking clubs and fitness buffs are encouraged to show their support, too. Many will incorporate walking into their daily routine for health and wellness. Walking for a good cause also makes you feel like you are also helping others who need support.
Team TSF athletic events are great social and community building activities perfect for corporate and community participation. Plan your event to benefit Turner Syndrome Foundation.
